Yes, I’m now working on a plan that would involve housing 12 homeless US military veterans on 15 – 20 acres of farmland here in western North Carolina. I have experience with this type of project as I was brought in years ago by an Atlanta group of retired veterans, who wanted to do what I am planning to do here.

It will house the veterans for a SIX MONTH program that will include: alcohol/drug rehab, financial literacy, learning to get a job, raising chickens, growing a garden, etc.
